Come learn how to use simple tools like foam rollers, tennis balls and yoga blocks to relieve muscle tension and help improve your mobility! You’ll walk away empowered to take your well-being and self-care into your own hands and learn useful tools to restore your body, so that you can enjoy your favorite physical activities pain-free and at the optimal level.

During this 2 hour workshop we’ll go through a full-body myofascial release routine you can do in as little as 10 minutes (or spend more time focusing on areas of tension – because I hope that you’ll love it and will want to use it more!)

We’ll be using yoga blocks, tennis balls, foam rollers, as well as RAD roller products during this workshop, so that you can compare different tools and pick ones that work better for you.
