I work with an individual as a whole, assessing imbalances in the mind, body and spirit and suggesting simple and practical changes in lifestyle, daily habits, food and exercise. Taken daily, these steps will help you restore balance, reduce stress, and, over time, change your entire state of well-being. I work with you to find solutions fitting your life circumstances: identify actions that are realistic to do, and yet play a key part in bringing you back into the optimal state. My goal is not to add more to your already full plate: this practice is about focusing on the most essential, while simplifying, streamlining and subtracting the non-essential.
